The ADBA Top Dog Athletic Event consists of three canine athletic competitions; Treadmill race, Wall climb and either the Drag Sprint or Lure Course. (Club will choose to use either Drag Sprint or Lure course.) All dogs competing in the “Top Dog” Athletic Event must compete in no less than the three competitions advertised.
Dogs will earn points for placement first through tenth in each class of competition. A point system (See Rules) will be used and the dog’s points from each competition will be added together for a combined score.
Dogs achieving the top three combined scores (regardless of group entered) will be awarded the ADBA “Top Dog” rosettes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. 4th – 9th place will receive points toward their top dog title.
