Georgia Senate Bill 303 re Dog breeding
Heads up on a really bad bill that’s in Ga senate now! Contact your senators and tell them NO. Take the time to read this bill (it’s only 3 pages) it will affect all of us that breed dogs.
It starts by saying the definition of a commercial breeder is anyone that owns more than 2 dogs and breeds them. Dogs must be housed on concrete with drains. All dogs must be sterilized at or before 5 yrs of age, yes that includes your stud dogs….
