TX Rep. Brian Harrison has filed HB 3081 which includes the TX Sunset Comm. recommendation
To repeal the Texas Licensed Breeder Act which has been operating illegally for the last 12 years.
THLN and the animal right activists are attacking Rep. Harrison and flooding his office with calls.
