Circumstances change over time. The Legislature is always a full-time nightmare for six months! At the present time, the Texas Legislature is in their Second Special Session, and have passed no additional legislation. However nothing is guaranteed until they adjourn as Governor Abbott has complete control of the Agenda. Stay tuned for our Final Report on this Session when they adjourn – 43 Bills!
